Notice: These Terms of Service are pending review by legal counsel and will be replaced with final terms before the platform launches to the public. The placeholder text below describes the intent and scope of the agreement; it does not constitute a binding legal document.

1. About these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the BusinessOps360 platform, a multi-tenant SaaS ERP platform operated by BusinessOps360. By creating an account and using the platform, you agree to these terms in full.

2. Your account and trial period

New accounts receive a 14-day trial with full access to all three platform modules. No credit card is required during the trial. Documents generated during the trial — quotes, invoices, credit notes — are fully functional. Any GST output liability or contractual obligations arising from trial-period documents are your responsibility.

3. Data and privacy

Your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. We comply with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Statutory financial data is retained for the GST-mandated six-year period even after account closure. Non-statutory personal data is deleted on request per DPDPA rights.

4. Subscription and billing

Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis via Razorpay mandates. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Refunds for unused prepaid periods are case-by-case.
