BusinessOps360 exists for a specific kind of business: the small Indian agency that sells a product, installs it, and then services it for years afterward.
These agencies run on a patchwork — quotes in Excel, follow-ups in chat, complaints in a notebook, renewals in someone's memory. Each tool does one thing, none of them talk to each other, and revenue leaks through the gaps: the quote no one chased, the PM that was missed, the AMC that quietly lapsed.
We didn't think the answer was a cheaper enterprise CRM or another accounting package. The answer was one platform that follows the agency's actual operating thread — from enquiry, to sale, to installation, to service, to renewal — built to start small and scale with you, priced honestly, and operated in India.
